I have never heard of kindling, but it definitely gets worse for me. The water thing is like, I can force myself to drink it, but I don't crave it even if I'm thirsty. I have yet to throw up from the nausea, but definitely feel like it the majority of the time. It's almost like clockwork too, where I feel fine most of the day, then around 5 or 6 pm the following day the symptoms start. How do people in their 40s, 50s, 60s even drink if that's the consequences? Thanks for any input. I wonder if I will be able to have even a glass of wine in 5-10 years, if I feel this bad now. I really enjoy having a few beers with friends, and it's a hobby of mine, but the feeling the following day completely ruins it for me. So, I am asking you gents of the same age, or older, if you started experiencing anything like this after turning 30, or if there's something else wrong with me. ![]() and told him what was going on, he did a complete check up with bloodwork, and said that everything is normal. I found a few vitamins that are supposed to help, and some do slightly, but I still feel pretty shitty. I have tried every remedy available to mitigate the hangover, like drinking water all day, and between every drink. ![]() I keep hearing that after 30 drinking becomes this huge ordeal and the hangovers are crazy severe, but for me it seemed to happen almost overnight. If I drink say 5 or 6 beers, I can barely get out of bed, and when I do I literally feel like death, with the chills, can't even keep water down, etc. It comes on slowly throughout the day, and by the next afternoon, I feel really nauseous and have no appetite at all. Within the last 4 months or so, no matter how little beer I drink, even sometimes 2 beers, the next day I have a killer hangover, but the hangover is different than the ones I used to get in college days. I'm going on 35 and have always been a pretty casual drinker, I usually have 5 or 6 beers on weekend nights, and rarely drink during the week, never any hard alcohol. Another side affect of all your throwing up is dehydration and that is probably making your headaches worse, if not causing them. If the chest pain continues then you need to get it checked out. One thing that concerned me for ages was a cramp like feeling in my Chest that can be quite worrying, a very common cause is acid reflux (I know it sounds like heartburn but the symptoms feel nothing like it, as mentioned before it feels like tightness and cramp), if you can get hold of something like omeprazole (failing that some off the shelf remedy) then this could well solve that issue. I think that you throwing up so much could be a reason for your core muscles hurting, as it is quite on the cards that you have strained them, especially when you are heaving on an empty stomach.
